1 kilo Cabagan noodles
1 tbsp oil
1-1/2 tsps garlic, minced
1/4 cup porkliver, cut into thin strips
1 pc chicken breast, deboned and cut into strips
4 pcs squid, cleaned and cut into rings
1/2 cup shrimp shelled
1 pc small carrot, julienned
1 cup string beans, thinly sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 cups stock
1/3 cup cornstarch slurrysalt and pepper to taste
2 cups crushed chicharon
vinegar with chilli
catsup
soy sauce
fish sauce
egg
calamansi

Blanch noodles. Drain well and set aside.
Heat oil in pan and saute garlic.
Add in pork liver, chicken, squid and shrimps.
Pan-fry for a few minutes. Add in the vegatables and cook half done
Remove mixture from pan, leaving juices and set aside.
Pour in soy sauce and stock; bring to a boil.
Thicken with slurry ad blend in reserved meat-vegatable mixture and noodles.
Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
Transfer onto a serving plate and top with chicharon.
Serve with condiments: vinegar with chilli, catsup and soy sauce with a little fish sauce, egg and
calamansi.
